OME-1 belongs to the zwitterionic surfactant. OME-1 has good surface activity, can reduce the surface tension of water, and has good emulsifying ability. OME-1 is suitable for mixed water in oil and oil base drilling fluids. The recommended dosage is 1-3% (v/v).
They reduce the surface tension between the phases, enabling the formation of fine, uniformly dispersed droplets, which enhances the fluid's rheological properties.
